Three Box was selected to host the annual PRGN Spring Meeting, a three-day conference in April 2017. During the conference, owners and leaders from more than 50 public relations agencies convene to discuss how the network harnesses marketing and public relations best practices to serve our global clients. BUILD

Three Box began event planning and preparation in the fall of 2016, beginning with programming content and event design. As conference host, Three Box held responsibility for nearly every aspect of the event – from recruiting registrations to lodging and entertainment to logistics.

The team planned and set the conference agenda, which included keynote presentations by David Baker and Rick Gould. For a local perspective on communications, we hosted Morgan Lyons of Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), who presented on managing the Dallas police shooting crisis in 2016. Three Box also developed a detailed itinerary of meals and activities that showcased the best of Texas. Lodging, transportation and restaurant reservations were organized to help the three days ow seamlessly.

Our creative services team developed a visual theme for the Spring Meeting, which was incorporated into all print and digital materials for the event. Everything from name badges, attendee booklets, conference presentations and PRGN member emails had a consistent look that built excitement and gave the meeting a professional look.
