This time of year, it’s natural to look back on the past 12 months and take inventory of your accomplishments and opportunities for improvement. If you’re in finance, now’s the time to begin year-end reporting and finalize projections for the new year. Most PR people claim to “hate numbers,” but I kind of like them. Ok, I love them. Data helps us make informed decisions and better evaluate ourselves. So, as we wrap up 2013 and prepare for 2014, I thought it would be fun to take a look back at Lewis Public Relations (LPR) “by the numbers.”
Here are the figures that impacted LPR in 2013:
Like most PR pros, we drink a lot of coffee. How else are we going to keep up with a 24-hour news cycle?
This fall, LPR joined the Public Relations Global Network (PRGN), an international association of independent public relations agencies across six continents. LPR’s exclusive membership in PRGN expands our agency’s reach from Dallas to New York to London and beyond.
Coordinating interviews, writing talking points, managing vendors and logistics, even washing cars… We did it all!
Founded in 2000, LPR marked our 14th year in 2013. Things certainly have changed from that first shared 450-square-foot office, but our values of integrity, loyalty and success remain the same.
LPR collaborates with our clients to deliver measurable results in media, advocacy, branding and community relations campaigns. As we grow, we feel fortunate to work with such outstanding companies, organizations and individuals.
Tyler Weiland, Debra Effinger and Amanda Hill all came on board this year. Each brings something unique to the table, and they’ve made great additions to our agency.
As LPR continues to grow and change, our focus stays constant. With each new client, program and opportunity, we strive to deliver public relations service and skills that are unmatched.
What a great year it’s been for LPR. We’ve experienced new challenges, great opportunities and fantastic growth. Here’s to more to come in 2014!
