Lewis Public Relations (LPR), a full-service Dallas-based public relations and strategic communications firm, today announced Ashley Brazell has joined the firm as an associate to accommodate new clients and continued growth.
Brazell comes to LPR with the same entrepreneurial spirit in which the company was founded. After relocating from Washington, D.C., to New York City, she successfully ran her own consulting business, CB5 Strategies, where she contracted work with Fortune 500 companies and local nonprofit groups. Before the move, she worked for a D.C.-based international public affairs firm, the Republican National Committee during the 2012 presidential campaign and three congressional offices.
Additionally, Brazell has worked on political and public affairs campaigns providing rapid response, grassroots messaging and strategic consulting to a range of stakeholders, particularly in the energy and environment sphere.

Brazell’s primary role as associate will be to execute strategic communications, media relations and community outreach programs for ConocoPhillips, McKinstry and Carrington College, as well as other LPR clients. She also will contribute to agency promotion and new business activities to further accelerate LPR’s growth.
A graduate of Howard Payne University, Brazell holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.
